Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me and I will be happy to assist you. 

What is the process for commissioning a weaving?

Please head to the “Commission” section of my website, and fill out the contact form. Once I hear from you, we can begin the design process together. 

I require a non-refundable deposit to begin the design process (this will be applied to the total price of your piece.) Once we mutually agree on the design, I require payment in full before I begin making. Photos and videos of the piece in progress can be sent at the clients request. Timelines vary on my workload - but generally my turnaround is 8-12 weeks.
